@MetaQuestHelp Still nothing. This appears to be a fairly common issue (I've certainly found others complaining about the same thing). Surely there's a simple solution. Who can I contact that will actually respond?

@MetaQuestHelp My son is locked out of his Meta account and can't use his MetaQuest 3. We keep contacting by email but the support is unresponsive. The last email told me I should expect a follow up in 24-48 hours. That was 6 days ago. How can we get meaningful support?
