Hi there, We would be happy to help you and look into this issue. For any problems with your games / apps launching you can try the following; 1. Ensure that the app has been downloaded and installed on the headset. 2. Restart the Headset 3. If any changes caused this to start, undo these changes (Refresh Rate, Hand Tracking, Experimental Settings, etc.) 4. Log out and back into the phone app 5. Uninstall that application, restart the headset, and reinstall the application. If you are still having any problems, then please send us a direct message and we will look into it further for you.
