@erikkain it pains me to say it as a die-hard Star Wars fan... but I pretty much agreed with everything you said in your recent 'Obi-Wan' Forbes article. 😩 The only correction I will point out is that John Williams didn't score this one (and it shows).

The last time I flew @AmericanAir was the worst flight experience I've ever had and swore to never use them again. Cut to today, on a work trip where American was the only/best option timewise... so far the worst experience I've had since that previous one.
