@jane36london @_KierMoore_ Mark Hughes will do his part to get you to Carlisle, you just need Marc White to pull off the other part of the bargain.

@Jackalbion96 This self appointed ‘celebrity fan’ might need to look a bit closer to home. Palace have multicultural support as do most London clubs, probably Brighton too to a lesser extent. Other than from our traditional rivals, Palace don’t get the same level of hatred as Arsenal….

There has literally never been as much Men’s football televised as there is now. There is hours and hours of coverage every day of the week. Unless people are incapable of changing channel then there really is no reason to feel as if anything else is being rammed down throats.
Alan Brazil’s comments are undoubtedly what 99%+ of people tuning into Talksport & Sky Sports think. Women’s football has no doubt come on leaps and bounds and good luck to them. But ramming it down the throats of a mass market that doesn’t want it can’t be the right approach.

@BritishOrioles Have you been to the museum in Baltimore, not far from Camden Yards. Well worth a visit if you’ve not yet been.

Maybe if Alan Brazil had spoken in a less disrespectful way he would have been described in less disrespectful terms….
@TomJGarry @shebahn As a journalist you should be able to find a less disrespectful description of Alan . Do you call your bosses dinosaurs too as they are doubtless older than you ?

I still feel cold thinking about this game 34 years later. Ian Wright’s debut and I was sat behind David Rocastle at Wembley. Memorable night. 🦁🦁🦁
The final whistle goes at Wembley on this day in 1991, as England beat Cameroon 2-0 in a match remembered more for its freezing temperatures than the football. And in the BBC Sportsnight studio, Jimmy Hill and Terry Venables were still feeling the cold…

@EagleEyeView29 @BBCSport The irony is that the clubs that qualify for Europe are those with big enough squads that they could cope with the extra games in the group stage. The fringe players would probably enjoy the playing time too.

@p_7_g Given how close we were to staying up, it’s almost certain that Cahill would have kept us up. Jordan cutting off his nose to spite his face unfortunately. A well intentioned stand against agents but it’s no good unless all clubs adopt the same stance.

@ColinPep1 @stusfootyflash Yes, with an extra few pages wrapped around the programme that was on sale at the game.

@EllisBarton @cpfc_w Given that your profile shows that you support both Crawley Town and Brighton & Hove Albion, I would have thought that you would avoid embarrassing yourself even further in public…..

@cpfc_w @BarclaysWSL A lot more upbeat than 24 hours ago. On the face of it a window that gives a chance of getting out of trouble provided we get some long overdue good luck between now and May.
