@jedicath Yes, to my understanding there are 300 recipes of plov (Osh) in Uzbekistan alone. Bukhara osh is just on the them. Samarkand is different, etc. I do classical Uzbek (Tashkent) variety. Alphabetical CTO wires learnt recently from Stéphane-you get them in your hand faster that way

While CABG accelerates CAD and leads to CTOs in severe stenoses, but in SCAD - grafts (veins) allow time to recovery. IMO, on follow at 3 years majority SVGs will be blocked but SCAD vessels healed.

Proctoring is always learning new! Malaysia teaches me DCBs in de novo lesions - 15 years of experience. 50% of all PCI in Malaysia is now with DCBs. Imaging, lesion preparation 1:1 is a must. I’m converted. This week at TPCH 14 stents, 10 DCBs. More evidence for metal-free PCI.
