I tithe 10% every month: split between church, charities, and anyone who is in need. If I give money to someone and they pay it back then I give it out again because that's what the money is for. God can do more with 90% than we can with 100%.

Same. You should have more success with Afro Latinas, black women from the Caribbean and from Africa. In my experience black women from other countries don't have preconceived notions about how a black man should act.

I prefer to rent because I reinvest my capital at high rates of return in the stock market, so I'd be losing money if I allocated so much towards purchasing a house. I also enjoy a change of scenery every 3-4 years.

I respectfully disagree. I wouldn't recommend it for 95% of people, but in a situation like your $1000, that amount wouldn't lead to bankruptcy. So if an opportunity appears, an experienced trader with no extra funds could consider using margin.
