Our mentor X mentee pairing project. Here's a new mentor reaching out to his mentees to start things up... You just already know the mentees are in a good hand. One thing I've come to see recently is that, alot of senior level people are open to mentoring juniors if they get the recommendation from someone or a platform they trust. I'll continue to use my platform and credibility to connect mentors to mentees.. I just need the mentees to take things serious and not disappoint me..
