@Qantas I’m still waiting for my refund which I received communications saying it was processed, yet still nothing in my bank account. Multipule calls and still NOTHING.

@Qantas still waiting for a call back regarding a refund “apparently” made in December 2022 yet still not in my account…. Can someone please advise on next steps. I can’t help but wonder how many people were notified of refunds that weren’t paid in the hope they would forget.
