i burnt around 1,360cals?? i think & my weight before working out was 62.8kgs and dropped to 61.3kgs which is crazy (cropped images because feet😣)
just did a fullbody 3 hour no breaks workout omg im sweating literal buckets my whole body is WET. i did the le ssera workout, danced for an hour and did random cardio & pilates yt workouts 🙏 im gonna take a freezing shower now byeyeyeyee im too lazy to calculate how much i burn
