@FirstIpswich It's more than just Inconvenience, it impacts the whole rest of the work week as I then have to work the time back It can also lead to disciplinary action. This is a constant issue with the felixstowe buses and needs to be addressed

@FirstIpswich They were due to arrive at 7.10 and 7.30

And a second one hasn't shown up. People getting the bus at this time are getting it for work and by not having the buses running you are screwing them over You need to sort this out!

@FirstIpswich The 75 and 77 going from great coleman Street. I got to the stop at 5.10 this evening. I'm on the bus now, but I'm not happy with the service. I pay for a monthly ticket and felixstowe customers are treated like they are unimportant to first bus
