As someone who walked 15k-25k on daily basis, satu je tips I can vouch for : Stretching. Stretching is what I do lepas I hiking pagi and bouldering petang. Lepas bouldering tu I boleh lari lagi ๐คฃ total steps 30k. Esoknya kaki still boleh jalan 15k steps macam biasa.

Alright so this is my way to clean it :. 1. Prepare a slightly hot warm water. Pour any soap/cleaning agents you prefer. I usually use Baby Johnson's shampoo/bath soap. (Jangan guna air panas sangat bc takut damage the wand). 2. Soak it like for a few mins. 3. Wipe it dry.
