Absolutely nails it. The right mindset is so critical to your best performance and your best self. Notice that he did say it takes works. You have to develop your mindset just like you develop your game.

@Softtop_67 Yikes! Thats a lot! One school had 10 athletes in the portal. I haven’t had that many leave our program in 16 years total. I feel bad for them and what they are missing out on. Growing roots, deep relationships, and affinity is part of the enjoyment of the college experience.

@RiveraHader They can slide on the outside of the playing area but we also allow them to come inside the playing area if they feel a need to. Then pull back out as if tied to a bungee cord.
