If youre eating a snack watch the calories i personally try to cut back on sugar, so eat something healthier, fruits, greek yogurt, oats things like that

Binging eating a lot of something the amount of calories you consume doesnt matter while binging its more of how much of something you eat, say for instance im eating cereal and I go back and make 10 more bowls of it. Thats binging

Okay ive been doing alot😭im trying to lose 70 pounds by august i try to do atleast 15k steps a day, gym EVERYDAY ill send the links to the workouts i do, you wanna drink detox water lemon, ginger, and lime juice , also a shot of apple cider vinegar every morning

Okayyy😭 im not sure i dont use any bikes i either go to the gym or for a hour walk, if im at the gym im there for atleast 2 hours a day 30 mins a day is a lovely start for you i do think you should try and drink more water this

Drinking water helps you lose water weight, if you dont have enough water youll get water retention because your body will hold on to it if it thinks you dont have access to it
