Today I had a miscarriage. Today I became the 1 in 4 pregnancies. Well to be accurate, it started over 72 hours ago, and the whole process is set to continue for a few weeks. 🧵.

There are many painful emotions tied to the loss of my pregnancy. They show up in waves of grief. But, as I morn what once was, and what could have been… I refuse to perpetuate the taboo of miscarriages and suffer in silence.

I’m thrilled to be involved as an investor, & also as a student. I hadn’t picked up an instrument since the recorder in elementary school, but their app has allowed even me – a busy working mom of 2 under 3 – to take lessons at my pace & convenience. Without adding any mom guilt!.
As a kid, I didn’t get very far in my piano or saxophone lessons– probably because I didn’t have @tralaapp. Our latest @sevensevensix investment in Trala, led by our Founder Outcomes Partner @cristina_laki, is making music education more accessible to everyone from anywhere.
