@acnewsitics No, it's not. They only have review authority where constitutionality is concerned. They don't direct other branches of government.

@TheMaineWire It sounds like there was no scrutiny at all. The AG's office just said, "Nothing to see here."

@realnyteams @TheRedPiIl @MostlyPeacefull @Poliploidy That's a very similar example, but it also doesn't set precedent. If a president were to come along and repeat the student loan forgiveness, the courts could step in and say Biden's move was illegal. Still, they would have no executive power to act on their position.

@TheRedPiIl @MostlyPeacefull @Poliploidy They've never been legally challenged, so no precedent has been set.

Hear! Hear! (with the understanding that Jeremy meant "under no obligation to accept")
@charliekirk11 We are under no obligation to ignore blatantly illegal rulings just because a robed leftist activist issued them.

@charliekirk11 The administration should just laugh and do what they were going to do anyway. It's completely within the Executive's discretion. The courts have no roll without some sort of legal question up for consideration, and there is none.
