This ruling is pure judicial sabotage. A New York Obama judge has just declared that the elected U.S. government cannot access Treasury Department data—all based on unchallenged, ex parte arguments from Democrat Attorneys General. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has effectively been stripped of his authority, with bureaucrats now holding more power than the officials appointed to lead them. This is how the deep state operates: unelected judges and bureaucrats undermining the elected president in broad daylight. The ruling isn’t just lawless—it’s an open attack on the functioning of the federal government. There is no legal basis for declaring a Treasury Secretary powerless to oversee budget and financial data. This is a blatant attempt to keep Trump’s administration from uncovering whatever financial games the Biden-era bureaucrats have been playing. What are they trying to hide? If this ruling is allowed to stand, it will create a dangerous precedent where leftist judges can effectively shut down any part of the federal government they don’t like. SCOTUS needs to step in immediately. If necessary, the Trump administration should consider defying this outrageous order. No judge has the right to hand control of the U.S. Treasury to unelected bureaucrats. This is a crisis, and it needs to be treated as one.

@cb_doge Despite @ElonMusk‘s AfD support, Germany’s political landscape remains unchanged: the next coalition will almost certainly be either a left-leaning “grand coalition” of CDU/CSU & SPD or a leftist “Kenya coalition” of CDU/CSU, SPD & the Greens. 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️

Looks much like business as usual in Germany: The next coalition will most likely be either a left-leaning “grand coalition” of CDU/CSU and SPD or a leftist “Kenya coalition” of CDU/CSU, SPD, and the Greens. That is the stated plan and the repeatedly expressed intention of leading chancellor candidate Friedrich Merz of the CDU/CSU. Every conservative voter should understand that a vote for the conservative CDU/CSU means a left-wing coalition—either with the leftist SPD alone or with both the leftist SPD and the leftist Greens in a Kenya coalition. Just yesterday, at a campaign event in Saarland, Merz once again made it very clear that he plans to work with the SPD and possibly even the Greens. He repeated the same message during the CSU party conference in Nuremberg, telling Bayerischer Rundfunk that the SPD and Greens can be “reasonable” when it comes to making the “right decisions.” It could not be clearer—Merz wants to govern with the left and form a coalition with the SPD and the Greens, even though over 60% of German voters are projected to vote conservative in the upcoming elections. This stubborn intent to govern with the left is surprising, especially given that polling shows the majority of CDU/CSU voters oppose a left-wing coalition with the same failed parties and the same incompetent politicians of the Ampel coalition. Voters overwhelmingly reject rewarding Scholz, Habeck, and Baerbock with another term after their disastrous policies led to Germany’s current crisis. Yet, despite this clear voter sentiment, Merz stubbornly clings to his coalition plans. The only exception appears to be Markus Söder (CSU), who has repeatedly and emphatically ruled out any coalition with the Greens. This is where things get interesting. According to the latest INSA poll, a grand coalition of CDU/CSU and SPD would have only a razor-thin majority. If the FDP, which is currently polling just below the 5% threshold, manages to enter parliament, the grand coalition would lose its already weak majority. In that case, Merz’s only remaining option—outside of cooperating with the AfD—would be a Kenya coalition. That would put enormous pressure on Söder and the CSU to continue blocking Green participation, potentially leading to a scenario similar to Austria, where coalition talks between the ÖVP and SPÖ collapsed due to a narrow parliamentary majority, ultimately paving the way for FPÖ participation. A similar situation could unfold in Germany if Söder holds firm and refuses to budge on his opposition to the Greens. In that case, if both the grand coalition and the Kenya coalition fail, the only remaining alternative for CDU/CSU leadership would be to seek a majority in the center-right, not on the left. This aligns with the clear preference of CDU/CSU and FDP voters, who overwhelmingly support a center-right coalition rather than the left-wing coalitions Merz is currently advocating. It remains to be seen whether Merz will stick to his pre-election rhetoric or abandon it after the votes are counted. The key question is whether Söder will hold his ground and continue ruling out cooperation with the Greens. Another crucial question is whether CDU/CSU will maintain its rigid firewall stance against the AfD or reconsider its options if no other majority is viable. Small shifts of just one percent in the polls could determine whether entire coalitions are possible or ruled out, mainly due to fluctuations among the three smaller parties—FDP, Die Linke, and BSW—which are currently experiencing the most movement. Meanwhile, the AfD remains stuck at around 21%, the same level since early January, despite strong backing from @ElonMusk and the ongoing immigration crisis, neither of which has significantly boosted AfD support. As things stand, Alice Weidel and her party can expect 20-25%, which is enough to secure second place but far from the ~29% that Austria’s FPÖ achieved to claim first place. In short, nothing new under the German sun. 📊🗳️

Over $100 billion a year vanishing into the hands of people with no Social Security number or even a temporary ID isn’t just incompetence—it’s one of the biggest theft operations in history. This is taxpayer money meant for Americans, yet it’s being funneled into black holes with no oversight, no accountability, and no explanation. Democrats aren’t panicking because they care about fiscal responsibility—they’re panicking because their biggest slush fund is being exposed. For years, they’ve funneled billions through Ukraine, ActBlue, USAID, and countless foreign aid scams, using bloated government programs as a cover for corruption. Now, thanks to DOGE, the scale of the fraud is finally coming to light, and they are terrified. If there was nothing to hide, why the meltdown? Why not demand an immediate audit? Instead, they attack and deflect, knowing full well that once the books are opened, the truth will be devastating. This isn’t just waste—it’s criminal activity at the highest levels of government. Every cent of this stolen money must be traced, recovered, and those responsible prosecuted. The era of unchecked corruption is over. The American people deserve to know where their money went and who profited from this massive fraud.

Exactly. Joe Biden and the Democrats spent four years ignoring, defying, and outright mocking Supreme Court rulings whenever they didn’t like the outcome. Biden himself openly bragged about disregarding SCOTUS decisions on issues like the eviction moratorium and student loan forgiveness. Now, the same people who cheered Biden’s lawlessness are crying about Trump’s administration standing up to rogue judges. This isn’t about the rule of law—it’s about control. Leftist activist judges are openly trying to obstruct Trump’s agenda, issuing legally dubious rulings to shield deep-state corruption. These are not impartial decisions based on the Constitution; they are political sabotage, designed to keep power in the hands of unelected bureaucrats and globalist interests. DOGE is a major threat to the D.C. swamp because it exposes their biggest frauds, from USAID to foreign aid money laundering. If Biden’s administration could ignore SCOTUS to push their radical agenda, why should Trump’s administration bow to rogue judges trying to undermine his presidency? The courts do not have the power to override the executive branch and hand control of the government to unelected bureaucrats. If necessary, Trump’s team should do what Biden did—ignore illegitimate rulings and keep pushing forward. Judicial overreach cannot be allowed to derail the will of the American people.

Yes, the Chevron decision significantly weakens the power of bureaucratic agencies and unelected regulators by removing the legal doctrine that forced courts to defer to agency interpretations of ambiguous laws. This is a game-changer for Trump’s fight against the deep state. Under Chevron, agencies like USAID, the EPA, or the DOJ could operate with little oversight, claiming authority over vague regulations. Now, courts must apply the actual law rather than deferring to agency interpretations. This gives Trump far more leverage to ignore bureaucrats who try to block his policies. As for the Obama judge’s ruling, it’s legally dubious to begin with. If challenged in court, it cannot hide behind Chevron deference, making it easier to overturn. The Supreme Court has already signaled it’s ready to reassert executive authority, and if this rogue ruling is pushed further, it could end up being completely dismantled at the highest level. If Trump’s team moves quickly, they can sideline these bureaucratic power grabs entirely. With the Chevron shield gone, deep state operatives and activist judges no longer have an unchecked pipeline to override presidential authority. This is the perfect opportunity to take full control of executive agencies and start dismantling their corruption.

This is exactly why USAID had to be exposed. A rogue agency, run by unelected bureaucrats, actively hiding its corruption from the elected President—because they knew he would shut it down. The arrogance is staggering. They funneled taxpayer money to their friends, blocked faith-based groups, and retaliated against anyone who dared to challenge them. This isn’t just incompetence; it’s deliberate sabotage. Trump’s own appointees were too afraid to push back against the deeply entrenched corruption. USAID, like so many other agencies, saw itself as above accountability, above oversight, and above the will of the American people. Now, thanks to @ElonMusk and DOGE, their secrets are coming out. The left is panicking because their entire system of self-enrichment is being dismantled in real time. They thought they could keep running their global slush fund in the shadows forever. They were wrong. USAID’s corruption is just the beginning—there’s no telling what else will be uncovered. The swamp might have been deep, but it’s not bottomless. And under Trump, it’s finally being drained.

Elon Musk and DOGE are exposing a financial crime scene at USAID, and Trump is absolutely right—this is fraud on a scale no one could have imagined. Hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars funneled into radical leftist projects, slush funds, and who knows what else. And yet, the same corrupt politicians and bureaucrats who ran this racket are acting outraged that they’re finally being held accountable. It’s not just waste—it’s organized theft. USAID has operated as a globalist money laundering machine, funding everything from pro-terrorist NGOs to shady “humanitarian” projects that miraculously never seem to help anyone but the elites. The American people were robbed blind while these bureaucrats and their cronies got rich off the scam. Now that the receipts are coming in, it’s time to follow the money. Who signed off on these payments? Who received the kickbacks? And how many politicians and bureaucrats have been personally profiting from this corrupt system? They never thought anyone would investigate. Now, they’re terrified. The Trump administration should shut it all down, prosecute the guilty, and claw back every stolen cent.

Exactly. The only people outraged about USAID’s money laundering being exposed are the ones who were getting rich off it. It’s no coincidence that the same corrupt politicians, bureaucrats, and NGOs screaming the loudest right now are the ones who benefited from funneling billions of taxpayer dollars into black hole projects with zero accountability. For years, USAID has been a cash pipeline for the globalist elite, funding everything from Palestinian terror payments to shady “democracy” initiatives that only serve to prop up leftist activists and foreign regimes that toe the D.C. establishment line. Meanwhile, American taxpayers were kept in the dark, forced to bankroll anti-American policies abroad while crumbling infrastructure and veterans at home were ignored. Now that DOGE is ripping the lid off the scam, the people who profited from this grift are panicking. They never expected anyone to question where the money was actually going. But the gravy train is over. Every dollar stolen, every corrupt deal, and every official who signed off on it must be exposed. There’s no more hiding. The American people deserve justice, and those responsible should face the full consequences.
