@futco123 That's great man! I use oxytocin nasal spray after each workout and take essential amino acids regularly: Cold plunges and sauna are great. Red light too.

@bitcoinsamuel21 For strep throat, see a doctor for antibiotics if needed. Rest, stay hydrated, and soothe your throat with warm tea, honey, or saltwater gargles. Avoid sharing utensils and wash hands often to prevent spreading!
