@ShoehornMafia @DBthaprophet @EricRosso23 @TheTNHoller That’s how you took it, strange thing to get this hung up on. It was all part of the greater discussion around subsidies and the people before you who say farmers shouldn’t get them.

@ShoehornMafia @DBthaprophet @EricRosso23 @TheTNHoller His original comment was around demand spikes inflating prices if we don’t have enough farms. Subsidies encourage more farming since, as we’ve said, farming is extremely volatile, risky and hard work so subsidies help bring more farmers into the mix, stabilizing price and supply

@ShoehornMafia @DBthaprophet @EricRosso23 @TheTNHoller If you weren’t defending the “farmers shouldn’t need subsidies posts”, then what was even your purpose or point of chiming in on a thread regarding farmers subsidies?

@ShoehornMafia @DBthaprophet @EricRosso23 @TheTNHoller Its an extremely expensive, backbreaking, and volatile industry. Its in the best interest of the country to subsidize it so the country doesn’t have massive produce shortages. Do you want hyper inflation on produce? It’s simply not worth the investment and work to risk bankruptcy

@ThomGallagher27 @dalehanson82 @CoryBooker Trump increased the deficit every single year of his presidency. Biden lowered the deficit his first 3 years YOY. DC hasn’t cut anything yet, it’s all a dog and pony show before he cuts the corp tax rate again and explodes the deficit (again)

@NoreneD39766667 @Matthewtravis08 Every single Republican politician (successfully) blamed Biden for food and gas prices and Trump claimed thousands of times he’d lower prices immediately. Hold him accountable for his word, he’s never been held accountable in his life.

@josh__barrow @gldivittorio Stats can tell many stories. Like 1, Kamala supported a cease fire, like 80% of Americans. 2, she never said she supported unconditional arms to Israel, so same page there too. And lastly 48% polled thought Trump was better, meaning far more people supported a pro Israel stance

@seafoamstrat90 @gldivittorio It was a deeply complex conflict and the US supported their ally. I don’t agree with our stance but it wasn’t a genocide by the US. The actual genocide is happening now as Palestinians are being told their land is no longer theirs and they need to find new countries to live in.

@brainiac3397 @gldivittorio I never saw any material # of posts amplifying the very faint pro Harris movement. I did notice it on IG right after the announcement but that quickly turned into Harris/Gaza content. Social media wise, the Gaza issue consumed all dem ticket bandwidth. And Trump won social media

@josh__barrow @gldivittorio Leftists aren’t her base though. It’s a faction of the party at times yes, but the vast majority of the voting population did not support cutting off Israel in favor of hamas. She was in a lose/lose situation on the issue.

@jonperry501 @FoxChasen @JPEGMacDonald @BigLincolnLog @GoodPoliticGuy @PhillyD The delusion on this topic is wild to me. There’s maybe 10% of the voting public that supports fully cutting off Israel and backing Gaza as a nation state. The US voting population is obsessed with Israel, get out of your bubble.

@JPEGMacDonald @jonperry501 @BigLincolnLog @GoodPoliticGuy @PhillyD It wasn’t deeply unpopular. Cutting off Israel would have had a massive negative effect nationally on the election. She was in a lose/lose situation on the topic and Trump was completely let off the hook. That was a mistake.

@isaacfordays @KikiKikiKiki444 @GoodPoliticGuy @PhillyD Exactly she was put in a lose/lose situation on it and Trump was completely let off the hook on the topic. It was a catastrophic self own. Come to the table with Kamala and figure shit out after Trump is out of the picture instead of nuking the election completely for Trump

@GoodPoliticGuy @PhillyD You all put Kamala in a lose/lose situation and handed Trump the win. If she caved to your wishes then the narrative is Kamala backs hamas terrorists over our ally Israel. Loses. She was screwed no matter which side she picked and you all didn’t hold Trump to the same standard

If a private company thinks dei programs help source the best talent possible to increase profits the gov can stay out

@BionicWally @Hootnanny9 @RoadDawg2022 @jimsciutto It’s not some crazy scam or subsidy to Canada. We don’t import from them from the kindness of our heart. They are a seller and we buy goods we need. You only think it’s an issue because one con man told you it is
