There is no excuse whether you win or lose for tearing up a city over a sporting event. I mean, they freaking live there. How dumb is it to tear up the place that you live in? I guess they haven't realized yet that they're the ones who will pay for the repairs in the long run, through taxes, etc.

There was nothing obtuse about what I said. Let me simplify. You don't have to attend a show in person to see parts of the show. Again, we live in an age where they have these amazing things called videos, and you can see footage of all kinds of events, even if you weren't there in person. Is that a little less obtuse for you?

That's an arena, not a stadium. That said, yes, college sports tend to fill up arenas and stadiums, no matter what game it is. I don't like basketball in general, but when I was in college, I enjoyed going to basketball games in person. So outside of the college arena, and prior to caitlyn clark (and maybe even after) when was the WNBA, for example, filling up arenas and drawing massive tv audiences?
