On Truth and Reconciliation Day, we honor the survivors of residential schools and remember those who never returned home. It’s a day to reflect, listen, and take meaningful steps toward healing and justice for Indigenous communities across Canada. #TruthAndReconciliation

Pierre Poilievre is eager for an early election because he knows Canadians are growing tired of his constant complaints. With interest rates, unemployment, and inflation all dropping as the economy strengthens, his key talking points are losing steam. #cdnpoli

This is a prime example of how Conservatives have eroded decency in politics. Over the past decade, I've witnessed a steady decline, both globally and here at home, in how politicians engage with one another and with society at large. We must strive for better.

Pierre Poilievre acts as if there’s power in being unlikeable. It’s not a good look. He insults, he taunts, he name-calls, he sneers — all the things that parents tell their children not to do if they want to make and keep friends. #Opinion

More than 750,000 Canadians have accessed care through the Canadian Dental Care Plan since its launch last year. More than 2.4M Canadians have been approved for the CDCP, and close to 21,000 providers are now participating, accounting for 83% of active providers in Canada. #CDCP

Pierre Poilievre voted for Bill C-377, which forced unions to disclose every transaction, and Bill C-525, which made it harder for workers to unionize and easier to decertify unions. These bills undermined workers’ rights and empowered employers. Actions speak louder than words.

Great clip from @ColbertLateShow featuring PM @JustinTrudeau discussing universal healthcare. The Prime Minister did a fantastic job highlighting the importance of accessible healthcare for all! #UniversalHealthcare #Canada

Had the honour of sitting down with @Malala this afternoon. She’s here at the @UN , leading the charge for governments to go further, faster — and to make sure every woman and girl is free to pursue the education, career, and life she wants.

This is why advanced economies run deficits. When you have an incredible balance sheet you put it in service of your country. And every Conservative government does it too. In fact, every budget introduced by Harper and Mulroney (with the exception of two) ran deficits.

Hey James, let’s set the record straight: No Canadian aid has gone to the Chinese government since 2013, when Harper’s Conservative government sent $360M. Stop playing games with facts! #FactsOverFiction
