@WeissFord riding a set lineup/trying to get more out of guys than you should etc (Tauchman an example at times). So I think it can work and it's why you pay CC the big bucks. Sorry for so many messages but hard to articulate full reply in 280 letters!

And to be clear on Nico, my preference is to keep him and have Shaw in 2016 Javy-esque role. Nico coming off injury and incredibly valuable player on his contract. Trading him to stay āunder budgetā would be a mistake, it HAS to be only if youāre really upgrading SP.
