Going off memory, lowest black unemployment in 40 years if not ever. Positive things for historically black colleges, a significant crime bill, something like enterprise zones in black neighborhoods. More good, positive things then he will ever get credit for.

Saw a doc on that and divers said it would have taken her around 45 minutes to drown in that car. I danced a jig when he died. He could have cured cancer and it wouldn’t have changed the fact that he let that girl (and her baby-his?) die.
