Tempted to expand my existing long positions... but with the uncertainty presented in the equities / crypto markets and future economic changes (aka Fed Reserve rate increases), I'm undecided on how to proceed.

Why would I give up? Trading is fun. Best way to master your emotions. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. I just win more than I lose. But losses do happen. It's part of the game of trading. You have to accept you'll make mistakes. Just learn from them and move on.
