Dubai definitely great for productivity don't get me wrong. I've averaged 11-12 hour workdays all week, tonne of deep work etc But I would bite your hand off for 10+ pints in a pub in Cork watching the Ryder cup & RWC this weekend

Most of the time I'll start working from bed within 2 minutes of waking up. Bang out 90 minutes then go get a coffee as a reward. No idea if optimal but I do get more done than the average person, so maybe give it a go.
