@DrMattGutierrez If you actually cared about fairness and opportunity, you would support school choice. Trapping children in failing public schools is not fair or imbuing them with opportunity--it is taking opportunity away. And you are a coward for shutting off replies.

I lived in New York for years, and your distaste for Penny verges on blood lust itself. Someone takes the actions you refuse to vote for and decline to take yourself, and you demonize them. Everyone else isn't the problem. You are the problem.

@DrMattGutierrez shutting off his comments to prevent people from having a real debate about school choice on X suggests it's an excellent time for me to re-up my proposal to @elonmusk for a way to prevent people like that from benefiting from their cowardice.

@RantyAmyCurtis Everything you say is correct, but do you remember the campaign to demonize anyone who said it was a bad look at the time? Everything about it was so bizarre.

This is a really good story and well worth reading. It's not really about Bud Light, but about the dangers ESG and "woke" management pose to everyone.

Jaw-dropping account written by an Anheuser-Busch exec of how the company prioritized ESG over the stock price in the 2 years leading up to the Bud Light-Dylan Mulvaney debacle. 🤯

@DrMattGutierrez What is the exact amount of money that public schools need to be perfect?

While the Lt. Gov celebrates the passage of a $1B voucher bill, it’s important to recognize that TX already offers school choice. With adequate funding, our public schools could provide even more programmatic options to benefit all students. It’s disheartening to see a focus on vouchers when there’s an opportunity to achieve historic funding for public ed. Texas families & communities deserve better. #txed #txlege
