@coach_mike23 No specific literature but a constant message for us is “chasing your best self is required for success at the highest level. Gotta learn that to be great anything, don’t be afraid to chase that on the court. If we do that, the good basketball and wins will follow.”

@Uorangemen2 Coach: there everyday coaching & teaching your child. 👀 their inconsistencies & subpar play, has 10-13 other players w/ same needs & wants, wants what’s best for each kid & team, isn’t holding a grudge or playing favorites. Lay off, maybe your kid doesn’t want it as bad as you.
