I started @TheBDSAgency in 2013 with the hope of making a difference and prioritizing a women’s basketball coaching profession that was secondary to most agents. I am so proud of the work we’ve done over the past decade, helping so many men’s and women’s basketball coaches achieve their dreams. Thank you to all of our clients and their families, partners, staff, and supporters! I am so blessed by your mutual support! We are so incredibly proud to be a part of the coaching profession, and we look forward to continuing to make a difference for years to come.

I've seen lots of coverage of lack of NIL $ being a rationale for the lack of MBB success this season (and as an alum & former coach/staff member for both MBB & WBB teams there, I know the challenges of the jobs & how hard the administration works to support & provide for both programs) BUT then let's highlight @TonyBozzella's @SHUWBB - also dealing with minimal NIL compared to Big East & national counterparts - 16-6 overall & 8-3 in Big East + they did beat Fordham
