This morning was difficult We were woken up early with my dad having a heart attack He was rushed to the hospital and a stent was put in and he is now recovering Please continue to keep our family especially my mom in your thoughts and prayers as we continue to progress.

A4: I think we face the same problems most do. Some struggle with bending at first, others with balance. High school boys especially 9th and 10th graders can be very awkward. We try to provide them with different cues and just general practice. Stretching helps some
