I’m amazed at the negative comments angry because Shelby Mcewen didn’t want to share the gold. Like where’s the competitive spirit people? In no other sport are asking our athletes to take a tie. I’m with him 1000% we ain’t sharing nathan!

Young jumpers, especially HS. Please learn how to sprint properly. Ask coach to let you hop in with the sprinters at practice. Just don’t jump for 20 minutes then go home.

Last yr I took a chance, no plan B completely betting on myself. Pulled up on coach everyday at the office getting on his nerves, begging for a chance to coach. We’d be in the office for hrs talking about everything but track lol. Well, I’m here🐯. Forever indebted ♾

No lies told! I been saying this. We grew up racing to the light pole idc about a time who got there 1st! Just go out and execute. The times gone come. We so caught up with times/marks we don’t enjoy the actual competition anymore. Go out and get the dub😤

Better for the elite 1% of the sport. The same or worse for the rest of the field if we keep this set up. Scared to spend so it’ll never make. Too many successful blueprints we can study in our face. Keep it Simple but Creative. Simple works, we over thinking it.

This has been an issue! I think this is an issue at many schools except for the elite of the elite programs. As a grad assistant at the D2 level track is still put on the back burner!
