In some personal news I accepted a new teaching job today and a new coaching job as the offensive line coach at Franklin County High School. This has been a tough few months for our family but I couldn’t be more excited about a new opportunity!!!

Out of the 16 teams in the KHSAA Boys Sweet 16 there are 4 teams that won state football titles in December and another that was a runner up. Maybe....stay with me here....playing more than one sport AND lifting weights is a good thing

What an awful take. The guy did everything right. He followed all protocols. He tested negative 3 times in 3 days. An obvious false positive. What message is he supposed to send Rex? Some people want this to keep going because they live to be miserable I guess.

Losing hurts but it can’t compare to the hurt that the Paintsville community has felt and still feels. What Johnson Central has accomplished as a program for a decade plus is unbelievable.

Technique we use when we are running outside zone and are 1 on 1 with no double team help. Drop reach toe to inside heel then “power shuffle”for leverage. On power shuffle we want to kick the reach foot with the inside foot to be flat quickly/run hip and helmet to reach side gap

Have spent a lot of time at children’s pediatric heart center at UK since we found at in 2021 Davis has TOF. Now he’s almost 2 and over a year removed from a successful open heart surgery. Here today for routine checkup.

Our boy had a rough night in the NICU last night but is doing better today. He’s holding mom’s hand and napping. When his big brother FaceTimed him he got a HUGE smile on his face. Prayers for things to start improving again,I can’t walk out of this hospital without him much more

Little man turned 1 year old today! From finding out he has TOF before he was born to spending time in the NICU to open heart surgery in December he’s already the toughest dude I know! He’s also handsome and sweet and absolutely hilarious. Love ya man!
