Aight while some of the criticisms are valid, can we talk about the uncomfortable number of minors watching a very adult oriented series and then openly complaining about the mature content in it?

Yeah, I don't think a lot of animation fans actually like animation. We've literally been asking for more CG that experiments with non-realistic textures. Now that we're getting it, it's "too unfinished looking."
I do like 2D, CG is animation too, and they ARE experimenting.
As a celebration of Disney's 100th anniversary, the filmmakers behind Wish did consider going full 2D in a nod to its roots.
Executive producer/writer Jennifer Lee tells IGN why they ultimately didn't take that approach.
