He is not a dictator, he can not tell the farmers what to sell their product for, the free market does that, he can’t tell the shipping companies what to charge per mile of trucking, lastly he can’t tell the grocery stores what to charge for food. He has already increased the production of oil, which will bring down the cost of fertilizer, decrease the cost of shipping, so yes as a leader he is doing something.
