Here standing next to me Dr. Roman Piotrowski, a talented young electrophysiologist from Warsaw, who left us suddenly ... Really, really sad to hear it. Roman performed first-ever randomised trial on cardioneuroablation in reflex syncope. He will never be forgotten.

@MarcinGulaj @curilakarol @Marek_Jastrz_EP @shunmug_his_mdu @Hisdoc1 @DrRoderickTung Well there is definitely no such thing as a perfect technique 🤷🏼♂️ I mean you get MRI compatibility, only 3 leads (less complication), DF4 connection, less risk of tricuspid valve harm… In exchange you might get extraction issues.
