A very nice and needed study from USA. Again, autonomic dysfunction is one of the major problems in Long COVID. And again, POTS is found in one third of Long COVID patients. Congratulations to the authors.

AI is more effective than technicians in detecting important arrhythmic events on long-term ECG monitoring. It detects more (sometimes too much ...) but misses much less. Which do you prefer?

Here standing next to me Dr. Roman Piotrowski, a talented young electrophysiologist from Warsaw, who left us suddenly ... Really, really sad to hear it. Roman performed first-ever randomised trial on cardioneuroablation in reflex syncope. He will never be forgotten.

Orthostatic hypotension - different but one in the end? No major difference whether it is neurogenic or not from cardiologist's viewpoint.

Fludrocortisone beats midodrine in low-blood pressure phenotype associated with reflex syncope but only when BP is really low. Both have capacity to counteract daily BP drops. Further studies and new drugs are needed.
