Another day of @SonderStays @SonderHelp continuing to double down on unethical business practices by refusing to refund an unauthorized charge for a booking. When trying to dialogue them about it -they have blatantly lied. Absolutely, ridiculous.

@SonderHelp I really have to say it’s despicable that you all are refusing to do the right thing in this situation and would rather hide behind opaque policies and deceit.
@SonderStays So at this point, I’m dealing with a company that is being flagrantly dishonest and refusing to refund a non-authorized charge. Ridiculous, honestly ridiculous, deceitfully taking money from customers. @SonderStays, is scamming customers your business ethos?

Hi @SonderStays, I’m still wondering why I’m being misdirected,and communications which have clearly occurred are being denied. Could I please have some assistance in resolving my issue? At this point, this seems like deceitful business practice.

Hi @SonderStays, I'm wondering why I was charged for a booking that I did not confirm. When getting off the phone with your associates you then lied that there is no record of Expedia also confirming this error? I really hope that you can own up to and fix this mistake.
