For my 40th, we built out an IRL Blockbuster Video in our home office. It came out pretty rad. Real VHS and matching clamshells. The nerd part of this was a spreadsheet + scripting + @Figma to print all the clamshell labels. Would y'all be interested in a blog post about that?

jeez the new @tailwindcss 4.0 is slick. with the CLI installed, all you need is a single CSS file to get going. the rest just... works. custom colors, dark modes, etc all defined in your single CSS file.

@toddbarnard I've got 4 limes in the recipe. It was enough liquid to totally cover the mix, came out great.

Ooof soo much good stuff here. I have a few sites where I've been using the CDN, waiting for the official 4.0 drop. Coming soon to Chowdown. (my little plaintext markdown-to-recipe builder)
✨ Tailwind CSS v4.0 is here! Huge performance improvements, radically simplified setup experience, CSS-first configuration, modernized P3 color palette, container queries, 3D transforms, expanded gradient APIs, @starting-style support …and tons, tons more.

@adamwathan @markjaquith This part is huge. The ability to use any arbitrary value without custom syntax is going to be SO HANDY.

@jaybsauceda *raises hand* Tho usually it's more a lil sprint to get a big project/task done in one sitting. We'll go to a park for a few hours to work or grab a little cabin overnight and hunker down. We both work from home full-time, so the change or scenery can be helpful.

We used to do Artist Shops but really want screen prints. Last we used them, they only offered digital. The website and support were definitely better than most. (Fun history: I also won a special Threadless contest back in college and the $750 prize felt like I'd won the lottery, haha. Will forever love those dudes)

We kinda gave up on local shops because I felt bad having them redo print jobs. I don't mind making a bigbox corp redo a job, but I felt so guilty having a local guy eat the cost. I mean, ideally, the shirts would just come out fine on the first try, but I've literally never found that. Starting to feel a little crazy, but I don't think it's too much to ask for all the shirts in a run to match or not be blurry.
