I think boosting posts is generally a bad idea for most accounts. However there is an * in there for people who have built strong audiences on Facebook. We boost posts to people who follow us for contests and they crush. But we’ve built that audience for that purpose.
I see agency owners committing two advertising sins all the time 1) Boosting posts 2) Still running page like campaigns. Let's talk about why those are bad.

Hot take of the day Does anyone else find it odd that so many real estate agents tell you that this is a great time to buy and to "date the rate," but... They rent? I've always thought that was interesting.

Y’all I enjoy @sircalebhammer’s content. He’s like an angry Dave. However I’ve yet to hear an episode where he had a guest that owned horses. If he saw our bills he would have a stroke live on air. 🤣

@bryanemanuel @davidwatson249 @HubSpot Yeah I demoed it. It’s great for like mass sms but it’s not really designed for 1 to 1 sms. Sales message does both so we stayed with it. If they ever get it dialed in for 1to1 , I’ll switch
