@schuhHELP @evrisupportline I paid £5 for next day delivery to be told in an email ‘we were unable to deliver your parcel today’ with no explanation. Now I have to wait until at least Monday for next working day delivery. Very unhappy!!

@virginmedia why am I being charged this month when I was told I would pay nothing until January? I swapped from TiVo to WiFi only and was told I had enough credit to not pay until January. Not happy 😡

@on_lothianbuses very very fast driving and hard slams in the breaks by a 16 bus driver yesterday. Felt so uncomfortable I considered getting off the bus! Very dangerous and concerning 😞
