Hi Delia, we are actually very consistent in our policies. We allow people to take earlier/later buses where there are enough unreserved seats, but if there are people booked to get on at Dublin City from a service that starts at Dublin Airport, we have to keep a seat for them on the service they booked. There is no guarantee that we will always be able to just let people get on any service and we advise the use of the Manage My Booking tool on our website to change an existing booking.

@deliahijar Hi Delia, there is no 13:30 bus from the Airport. If it was the 13:45 bus, this bus also stops in Dublin City where other passengers who are booked onto the service also board. This driver was keeping these seats for prebooked passengers. In future I recommend booking in advance.

While the storm might be easing as the day progresses, ongoing road debris and severe damage caused by strong winds are continuing to impact services.
