This 59-year-old pt with intermediate-risk PCa had an asymptomatic chronically obstructed upper moiety of his right kidney, the ureter of which ended in the midline post. to his bladder neck. After RS-RARP both were anastomosed to the urethral stump. Op time=151 min & EBL=200 ml.

@DrIgorSorokin Yes, Igor. It dispenses medium-large clips. I know that opinion on this differs, but I'm not a fan of cautery posterior to the prostate when nerve sparing.
