if you got a killer social media manager on your team i'd suggest integrating them as much as possible across the biz have them coach the leadership team on building their personal brands have them work with the engineering team on technical threads have them use the brand account to grow niche personal accounts across the organization have them share industry insights & sentiment that prompt new blogs & content ideation a creator who creates creators is much more valuable than them just tweeting in their own corner
