I weigh my binges and my worst was 6k, but average is 4k-6k. It triggers me seeing Mfs on here call ~maintainance a binge it’s an instant block. Eating 600 cal in one sitting cause u “lost control” isn’t a binge 😭

This is so true lmao. Tdee is 1500 which is 10.5k cals deficit if I completely fast for a week. But if I binge I binge 6k-8k cals which means I completely ruin a week of perfect restriction if I ate 500 cal a day that week (meaning 7k cal deficit for the week)

All of your organs store fat around them, your disaphragm is made to expand with whats underneath it. So when you lose weight, you do also "shrink" your ribcage due to losing fat around your heart lungs etc, and of course the fat on top too

I don’t have pocket ones but I do have diff styles from them and they all do that, the waist band is V stretchy with lots of resistance on it, so it pushes all your bits in and snatches, but you must go one size lower than ur usual (whole legging is super stretchy so it will fit)

that one is WILD but honestly not too far off, I weigh all my ingredients and for mei t comeso ut to 38g bread (99 cal), 13g oil (112cal), 1x egg (1 is 92 cal) for 184 and total 400 cal + the other cal counts are v accurate, if not a lil under so it evens out

pro tip you should wait a few min before weighing again because scales have caches of some sort. If u weigh, wait for it to clse (or don't), and weigh again after a few sec, it'll give the same number again or a similar one. so u gotta wait a few min
