Dear Ugochukwu, Really? Northern youths do not contribute anything to Nigeria? Have you heard of Tijani Babangida and Ahmed Musa? They are two of our most decorated footballers? What about Jelani Aliyu, who designed the world-famous Chevrolet Volt, one of the first mass-produced electric vehicles? Do you, Ugochukwu, know of any Southerners who design cars for world-class vehicle manufacturers? What about Bello Galadanchi, who became one of Africa's most influential people in his twenties? The issue with many of us from the South is that we think others are not as loud and obnoxious as ourselves in our arrogant display, then they are not achieving things. If not for Forbes, we would have all believed that some people were the wealthiest folk in Nigeria. There are more young entrepreneurs in Kano than in the whole of the Southeast.
