To sin is to fall short of perfection. The ability to sin is an attribute of imperfection. God is omnipotent (meaning He can do all things that are logically possible and consistent with his divine nature). So, can God lie or pervert justice? No. Why? Because He Omnipotent!

The just God is accepting of sinners for 2 reasons. - The penalty for sin has been borne & He desires that all be saved through faith in Christ. - His Spirit indwells all who believe in order to transform their lives. His acceptance doesn’t condone sin, but cleanses us of it.

The New Testament is the most reliable literature of antiquity. No other piece of work comes close.

Before you get married, ask yourself this: “If this person never changes this behavior, can I live with it forever?” If the answer is no, check again before making a lifelong commitment o. Marriage doesn’t change people. It takes more intentionality to change in marriage 🙏

There’s a way we can teach divine protection to the detriment of conviction our true hope (which is not in this world.) God does preserve His people from death and danger. But beyond preservation in this world, we have an eternity with God waiting for us at the end of things. Firstly, no believer who dies now is disadvantaged. They have laid hold on the Glory we’re looking forward to 💫 We must be careful to not worship life in this fallen world to the extent that we desire and emphasize it more than our true inheritance awaiting us. To live is Christ (knowing him and doing His will). To die is gain (foregoing this dark world and eternity with God and). This doesn’t make grieving a loved one any easier for us, but we grieve with hope. When we lose a loved one (in Christ), they are not in our past but in our future. And at the lord’s time, we will reunite with them. So having said this, I pray for you. May the lord preserve you and yours from harm and danger. May He keep your heart in perfect peace as you remain stayed on him. And may hope remain alive, as we forsake the things of this world, in shops of our eternity with God
