Following the apprenticeship route through my nursing career. From HCA to nurse associate and now progressed to registered mental health nurse.

Ever since I started on the apprenticeship pathway I've been a vociferous supporter. I started with the trainee nurse associate and have just completed the registered nurse degree apprentice. Safe to say apprenticeships have changed my life #wearelscft @ApprenticeLSCFT

@WeNursingAssocs love supporting TNA on our ward. Always good to give them the best experience we can.
We've hosted a trainee nurse associate from another trust. She's never worked on a mental health ward so had plenty of learning opportunities. She found the experience eye opening and immensely rewarding. #wearependleview #wearelscft #uclanmh @PEFteamLSCFT
