a lot of people actually start by having bad habits that eventually escalate into a full ed, is not that far fetched. there is an addictive component in disordered behaviour... and it is hard to change patterns once you have adopted them into a routine

i poop everyday on a normal diet i think it is pretty normal not sure what the comments are on, it depends on people's diet and genetics a bit but if u eat u should poop regularly yes, every 4 days is quite slow
