Mark passed away at home on Wednesday. Family and friends are all struggling with how unexpected this is.
Mark touched so many lives with his kindness, warmth and humour. ❤️

A tough few days, my father, Brian James Stanmore, died peacefully in my mother’s arms on Friday 19th January - he always wanted his three children to be independent and stand centre stage but was always in the wings to support us.

Having climbed up to the bell tower on the roof of one of my buildings to inspect the renovation works - The view from Clerkenwell to St Paul’s Cathedral was worth it. 😅
