A majority of the population of Kiev speaks Russian as their primary language too. In recent times it has become illegal and that's a large part of this problem. Ukrainian was only spoken in small villages and out west... it is a border language combination of Russian and

😂😂🤡 spans are like legos for these bridges. They’re ready to go. Cut out damage and lay in new span. Previous damage was much worse but was fixed in 2 weeks. So yep, not much damage.

Well it’s pretty standard opsec for all US Navy ships to go “river city” in this region. That means no communication from ships crew to families back home etc
I do believe something odd is going on overall but river city through there is 💯 normal

Extra spans are ready to go and all standardized. They’ll cut the damage and install a new span just like last time. Last time was more damage than this and they had it up and running in 2 weeks so… yeah not bad.
