Our inaugural In-Situ Trauma Program Simulation was a success! Thanks to everyone involved in getting this off the ground! Lots of great feedback, identifying safety threats and working towards improving patient care

@AirCanada back to their regular ways. Delayed 3 hours... missed both connections and still can't deplane... sitting on the plane still.. its been 1 hour.. EVERY TIME we fly with your airline - it's the same thing.
