I remember seeing how someone from VShoujo that came from Niji talked about how she got a silver playbutton and joked about "taking it" next to management, cause it was hers that she earned, but Niji wouldn't give it to her. Said management called her a thief to her face for it This is what always happens in that company now
UPDATE: Nijisanji VTuber graduates after 6 years with the agency. After leaving, asks Niji for their farewell fan mail. Turns out, Niji trashed all the fan mail, and is now asking fans to send in new letters for the VTuber.
